What can a Marketing Audit achieve for you?

Need a fresh perspective on your marketing activities? I can review your activities. Together we can work out what’s working and what’s not (and crucially why).

The first step is to hold a discovery session. I’ll be looking to understand your business objectives and patients. We’ll also look at your competitors.

In preparation for that kick off session I’ll ask you to fill out a short questionnaire.

Step two, normally I will request some further information from you to help me produce a  written report.

The final report will include:

  • Target patient persona profiles.
  • A SWOT analysis: Your Strengths and Weaknesses, Potential Opportunities and  Threats to your business.
  • Patient decision making map (highlighting the decision-making process).
  • Marketing & channel recommendations (explaining how you should interact with patients along the decision making journey).
  • A 12 month Marketing Calendar Action Plan.
